shit thursday bball training

ahhhhhhhhh...
coz of the basketball training on last thursday
now i can't even bend my elbow!!
i hardly use shampoo,soap,brush teeth and even using clothes!!
lol...
i walk like robot already...

todae nth much...
just play PSP,go church for youth fellowship,and play PSP again...
